Ingredients
1/2 cup olive oil
1/4 cup gluten free Dijon mustard
2 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
1 tbsp honey
1 tsp garlic powder
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
1. In a medium bowl, whisk together mustard, lemon juice, vinegar, honey, and garlic powder.
2. Slowly drizzle in olive oil while whisking until fully emulsified.
3. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
