Ingredients
1 head romaine lettuce, chopped
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup gluten free Caesar dressing
1/2 cup gluten free croutons
Lemon wedges (optional)
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
1. Wash and chop the romaine lettuce.
2. In a large bowl, combine lettuce, Parmesan, and dressing.
3. Toss well until all leaves are evenly coated.
4. Add gluten free croutons on top.
5. Season with salt and pepper, garnish with lemon wedges, and serve immediately.
