Instructions

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

Thinly slice potatoes using a mandoline or sharp knife.

Soak potato slices in cold water for 30 minutes, then drain and pat dry.

Place slices in a single layer on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
