Ingredients
1 cup cottage cheese
1¾ cups almond flour
2 large eggs
1 tbsp baking powder
Pinch of salt
Optional: sesame seeds, garlic powder, herbs for topping
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 375°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. In a bowl, mix cottage cheese and eggs until smooth.
3. Stir in almond flour, baking powder, and salt to form a dough.
4. Divide and shape dough into 6–8 bagels.
5. Place on sheet, add optional toppings.
6. Bake for 20–25 minutes until golden brown.
7. Cool slightly before serving or storing.
