Instructions
- Brew your base: Prepare a shot of espresso or strong brewed coffee. Chill if making an iced version.
- Create the cloud: Pour cold milk into a frothing jug. Add sweetener if desired. Whip using a frother, whisk, or mixer until thick and fluffy (30–60 seconds).
- Assemble the drink: For iced, fill a glass with ice and pour in the coffee, then spoon the foam on top. For hot, pour espresso into a cup and top with the cloud foam.
- Add optional toppings like caramel, cinnamon, or cocoa powder.
Notes
For best results, use cold milk and avoid over-whipping. Let foam rest for 30 seconds before spooning for longer hold.
