This spicy tuna rice bowl is one of the most popular 5-minute viral meals. Quick to make, full of flavor, and perfect for lunch or dinner.
Ingredients
1 cup cooked white rice (hot)
1/2 can tuna (drained)
1 tbsp mayonnaise
1 tsp sriracha
1/2 avocado (sliced)
1 tsp soy sauce
1/2 tsp sesame oil
1 sheet seaweed (cut into strips)
1 tsp sesame seeds (optional)
Instructions
[Mix Tuna] Combine tuna, mayonnaise, and sriracha in a bowl.
[Prepare Base] Place hot white rice into a serving bowl.
[Assemble Bowl] Top rice with spicy tuna mix, avocado slices, and seaweed strips.
[Finish & Serve] Drizzle soy sauce and sesame oil. Sprinkle sesame seeds on top and enjoy.
Notes
